If you need to reset your MFA for Scenechronize, follow the below steps,
1. Go to Scenechronize login page, sign in with your username and password.
2. In the authentication page, select "Settings".
3. Under the "My Devices" screen display, click the down arrow icon next to your device you set up for MFA.
4. A Pop up will come up with a message asking for authentication is needed. Click on Continue.
5. Next the authentication screen, click on "Forgot your device?".
6. Confirm your email.
7. A confirmation message displays to let you know you were sent an email with a passcode.
8. Check your inbox for the email with passcode.
Note: Don’t see the email with your passcode? Check your spam or other folders. After a few minutes, click Resend Passcode.
9. Enter the passcode from the email and click Sign On.
Note: Emailed codes are only valid for a few minutes. Enter them as quickly as possible.
10. Click on the down arrow button.
11. Click on the Trash button to delete old MFA.
12. A confirmation pop up will come up, click on "Remove" button.
13. Your authentication app displays the My Devices screen again, now with no devices.
Do not click the Add button.
14. Close your browser window. Open a new browser window and go back to Scenechronize login page, sign in with your username and password.
15. After you enter your email address and password, you’ll be prompted with the Welcome multi-factor authentication screen. Click START to set up.
16. On the Add a New Device screen, under the Other Authentication Methods, click on Authenticator.
17. Scan the QR Code using Google Authenticator app on your phone, input the code shown on your Device click "Next" (it may appear greyed out till you enter your code).
18. MFA has been reset and you can now login via Google Authentication MFA.
