NOTE: Please ensure you have installed the “Okta Verify“ mobile application on your mobile device.

Signing in to Airtable
Step 1:
Ensure you have the latest Airtable Mobile App from either the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS)
Step 2:
Ensure you have the latest Okta Verify App from either the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS)
Step 3:
Open your Airtable Mobile Application
Step 4:
Click “Sign in with Single Sign-On” to be transferred to a screen asking you for your Email address
Step 5:
Enter in your Airtable Email address and click “Sign-In” to be transferred to a screen to enter your Originals Access Password
Step 6:
Enter in your Originals Access Password and click “Verify” to be transferred to a "Multi-Factor Authentication" (MFA) screen
Step 7:
Select either of the MFA Options.
“Enter a code,” and continue to Step 8 below or
“Get a push notification,” and then skip to Step 11
Step 8:
If you selected “Enter a code,” you will be provided a field to enter a code generated from the “Okta Verify” app
Step 9:
Open the “Okta Verify” application on your phone.
Step 10: .
You will be provided with a six digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds.
Re-open your Airtable application and enter the code in the “Enter code from Okta Verify App”
and then click “Verify.”
After completing this step, go to Step 14.
Step 11:
If you selected “Get a Push Notification,” you will be presented with a screen to send yourself a push notification.
If the blue button says, “Send Push Notification” then click it.
If it shows “Push Notification Sent”, proceed to Step 13.
Step 12:
Open the “Okta Verify” application on your phone.
Step 13:
You will be provided with a message asking you to either confirm or reject the authentication request. Click “Confirm.”
Step 14:
Open your Airtable app and within 30 seconds, you should be redirected to your Airtable dashboard.
