Purpose: Guide on setting up Movie Magic MFA

Prerequisite: Movie Magic Account

Audience: Movie Magic Users

 

First Time MFA Setup Instructions for PingID 

  1. Download the PingID App from the App Store for your Mobile Device. App Store for Apple Devices and Google Play Store for Android Devices.
  2. Sign in to your Movie Magic Account.
  3. After signing in you will be prompted with a QR Code to scan with your mobile device.
  4. Open the Camera App on your mobile device to scan the QR Code.
  5. The PingID App will launch after scanning the QR Code verifying the account setup.
