Installing and Connecting to VPN

Installation steps

Go to https://vpn.originalsaccess.com and it will ask you to enter your OA credentials, then click 'Next'

Once logged in, click 'GlobalProtect Agent' to download it

Click the appropriate link depending on your computer (Windows or Mac)

Once you click on the download link, a window will popup asking where you'd like to save the file. Choose the location and click 'Save'

Go to the folder where you saved the file and open it. The installation window will popup and click 'Continue'

Make sure GlobalProtect is checked and click 'Continue'

Click 'Install'

After the installation is successful, click 'Close'

Connecting to VPN

Locate the Earth icon in your taskbar and click it

Click 'Get Started'

For Portal, type 'vpn.originalsaccess.com' and click 'Connect'

If you're not already logged in with your OA account, it will ask you to login

If login is successful, the Earth icon will darken and display 'Connected'
