1. System Overview
- DFStudio is Amazon Studios' asset management system
- Primary use: Pre-production and production photography asset organization
- Handles: Raw files, selects, and TIFFs

2. Initial Access Process
New User Setup
- Submit Access Request by emailing support@amazonstudios.com
- Receive Okta welcome email ("Welcome to Okta!")
- Click activation link (valid for 7 days from send date)
- Complete account setup:
- Set password
- Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Login at login.originalsaccess.com
- Access "DF Studio - Production" tile
Existing SSO Users
- Login to your Okta/Originals Access dashboard (https://login.originalsaccess.com)
- Once you log in, locate and click the appropriate DFStudio tile (example pictured below)
- Verify access to required instances
3. Common Issues & Troubleshooting
1. Content Visibility Issues
Symptoms:
- Cannot see project assets
- Empty folders/directories
- Limited access to expected content or can't access error message
Solutions:
- Verify with production admin:
- Content has been shared
- You're added to correct instance
- Email account matches instance permissions
2. SSO/Login Problems
Common Scenarios:

Missing OA Tile:
- Check account activation status
- Verify instance assignments
- Contact production admin

Expired Activation Link:
- Request new activation if beyond 7 days
- Check spam/junk folders for original email
- Contact support for reactivation

3. Access Expiration
Important:
- DFStudio access may be time-limited
- Access typically expires when:
- PRF ends
- Production period concludes
- Project-based access terms end
