2. Can I store my assets in Scenechronize?
Yes. Approved assets (Admin Documents, Communications / Logistic correspondence, and Creative Documents) can be stored in Scenechronize. However, it is crucial that you maintain access to folders on a regular basis to ensure unapproved users are not able to access sensitive content.
3. Is watermarking available on Scenechronize?
The Project Admin enables automatic watermarking and closed loop settings for a project.
4. Can I share approved assets to Amazon Studio and Production Team via Scenechronize?
Yes. Approved assets (Admin Documents, Creative Documents, Communications / Logistic correspondence) can be sent Production Departments to approved Amazon Studio groups via Scenechronize, as well as from Production Departments to other Production Departments.
5. How do I share files to my team or other Production Teams using Scenechronize?
Use folders in Scenechronize to share files internally. Project admins and users with permission can create files and new folders and share via email and expiring links.
6. How do I share files externally to Vendors or Amazon Studios using Scenechronize?
If you are adding external parties/vendors to a distribution list or project, please be sure they have been approved to receive the assets and verify any vendor email prior to adding them to a project/distribution list. All vendors should only receive expiring links to documents that have closed loop and watermarking enabled.
7. If I don’t have access to a folder in Scenechronize, who can grant access?
The project administrator controls access restrictions.
8. Who has approval, rights, and access for a folder?
The project administrator has approval rights.
9. How should I structure files and folders?
Follow the folder and file structure designated by your department’s asset manager.
