1. Logging In
Scenechronize is a web-based (cloud based) service that recognizes users by email addresses. To join a project, you will be invited by the project administrator, unless you create the project yourself.
Project invitations will be sent to your email inbox from EP Scenechronize <do-not-reply@scenechronize.com>
1. Follow the invitation link provided in the email
2. Create a Scenechronize account or sign in using your email address and password. Use your email listed on the invite
2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
After you enter your login credentials for the first time, the instructions on the MFA process will be shown, including a QR code that is specific to your Scenechronize account.
NOTE: The MFA set up process requires that you have access to both your mobile device and computer.
1. Click on link "Login and Setup MFA"
2. Download the PingID or use another Authentication app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator

3. Open authenticator app
4. Tap the + icon to add a new account, this activates your device’s barcode scanner
5. To add your EP/Scenecrhonize account to point the camera at the QR on your computer screen
6. A 6-digit authorization code will be displayed and remain active for 30 seconds before changing
7. On the Scenechronize login page, reenter your password and the 6-digit authorization code from the verification app
8. Click Sign In
Once logged in, you will have access to your Home tab where you can navigate through project libraries:

Scripts (“Creative” for unscripted projects)

Schedules
-
Documents
NOTE: Permissions and project licenses control access to the scripts, schedules, documents, and studio libraries. Contact your show administrator for additional access permissions if needed.
