Goal: This guide will help change the status of a submission to "External Pitch" and track an external pitch meeting. Prerequisites: Salesforce user Audience: Salesforce users |
- Click on the Submissions tab and navigate to a test record
- Change the Internal Status to 'External Pitch' and click Save
- Hover over Open Activities related list link in the related list quick link section, and click New Task
- Complete Subject, set a due date for the task, complete all required fields, and click Save
