Making a Final Decision – Pursuing

Goal: This guide will help change the Internal Status of a submission to "Final Decision" and set the Final Decision Status to "Pursuing".

Prerequisites: Salesforce user

Audience: Salesforce users

 

  • Click on the Submissions tab and navigate to a test record

  • Change the Internal Status to 'Final Decision'

  • Change the Final Decision status to 'Pursuing' and click Save

  • The Contact related to this Submission will receive a Pursuing Email as follows:
