Goal: This guide will help an external user log in to the Content Submissions Portal via Okta Prerequisites: Salesforce user Audience: Salesforce users |
- Access the personal email address you used. Confirm you received an Okta registration email
- Follow instructions to set password and forgot password question for Okta account
- Setup multi-factor authentication
- Download Okta Verify by selecting your device type
- User is able to scan the QR Code using the Okta Verify application and, once complete, is logged into Okta
- Click on the Studios Submissions icon in Okta in order to log into Salesforce Community as an External User
