Shared Inbox - A shared inbox is an optional workspace feature similar to a distribution list: Depending on access privileges you assign, users can send content directly and simultaneously to all members of the shared inbox and can view all packages sent to the shared inbox. A shared inbox provides a file submission system for users to share packages.
Workgroup - A workgroup defines a group of users that can be sent packages as a collective whole. The admin determines who has permission to send packages to a workgroup. A user can send a package to a workgroup by creating a new package and entering the workgroup name as the recipient. Members can then view packages sent to the workgroup in the Workgroups tab.
Public Submission Link - Anyone with a public submission link can send a package to the associated user or shared inbox.
Public Package - A public package is a package that recipients can download using a link. Aspera users can download public packages without logging in.
Aspera Connect - Is a high-performance transfer client for Aspera which helps you securely upload and download file and folders of any size.
