Activating your Okta Account for Originals Access

When your Okta account is created, the first step is to activate your account by following the instructions below:

Step 1 — Activate Your Account: When a new Okta account is created, a welcome email titled 'ACTIVATION REQUIRED: Welcome to Amazon MGM Studios Originals Access!' is sent to you. Click 'Activate Account' in the email to begin the activation process. 

Step 2 — New Browser Tab Opens: This will open automatically, directing you to the Okta sign-in page.

Step 3 — Sign In with Okta FastPass: On the sign-in page, click 'Sign in with Okta FastPass'. 

Step 4 — Add Account to Okta Verify: Download the latest version using the 'Download here' link and follow the on-screen prompts to add your account to Okta Verify. If downloaded already select 'Open Okta Verify' if it has not opened automatically.

NOTE: If you are asked for permission to open the application, tick the box to 'Always allow' and click 'Open Okta Verify'.

Step 5 - Once Okta Verify is open, select 'Get started'.

Step 6 - Click 'Next'.

Step 7 - A new browser tab will open to verify the account being added, wait a moment for this to process.

Step 8 - If asked to setup Windows Hello (for Windows), Touch ID (for Mac) or any other biometric authenticators you can either set it up now or select 'Skip/Not now'.

Step 9 - Once your identity is confirmed you can select 'Done' and return back to the initial browser tab that was opened.

Step 10 — Set Up Security Methods: Once you have authenticated using Okta Verify, you will be prompted to 'Set Up Security Methods'. Click on 'Set up' under 'Password'.

Step 11 — Create Your Password: Create a secure password by following the stated requirements. 

Step 12 — Optional Security Methods: You will be prompted to set up additional security methods. These are optional and not required. You may configure them now or skip this step. Click 'Continue' to proceed. 

Step 13 — Stay Signed In: If presented with the option to 'Keep Me Signed In', select 'Stay Signed In'. 

Your account is now ready. Access the applications on your Originals Access dashboard under 'My Apps'.
