Purpose: Users can add their mobile number to their Okta account to easily reset their Okta password. Prerequisites: Okta account required. Audience: SSO Okta app users. |
1. Add Phone Number to Okta
1. Log into Okta using your Originals Access email and password.
2. In the upper right corner, click on your name, then click 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
3. Next to the Personal Information section, click the "Edit" button.
4. Enter your mobile phone number.
5. At the bottom of the page, click the 'Save' button.
