1. How To Get A New QR Code For Okta Account (MFA Reset)
In order to access Okta, it is required by Amazon Studios that users have a secondary method of confirming their identity - this is known as 'Multi-factor Authentication or MFA'. To get a new QR code, please take the following steps:
1. Open a ticket with Amazon Studios Support
• Send an e-mail to support@amazonstudios.com that will generate a ticket for support. Please be sure has the following information:
- Subject: Reset MFA
- Body: Enter your full name and the e-mail address used to login to Originals Access account, and also provide the Show Code/Production Code for the Production you are working for along with your role in the production.
2. Confirm that a Support Engineer has reset your MFA
• You will receive a reply and confirmation that your MFA has been reset. Once you have received, please go to the next step
2. Setup Okta Verify MFA After
1. Navigate to login.originalsaccess.com from your computer. If you do not have a computer, take a photo of the QR in Step 5 to scan.
2. Enter your username, then click the 'Next' button
3. Enter in the temporary password that was provided or your password if this has already been setup
4. When prompted to ‘Set up multifactor authentication’, click the ‘Setup’ button.
5. On the ‘Setup Okta Verify’ screen. This will display the QR code you need to scan in the Okta Verify app
6. On your mobile device, download the Okta Verify application (You can skip this step if already installed)

7. Once complete, tap the ‘Add an account’ button on the bottom of the screen or the ‘+’ button on the top right corner of the screen, then select ‘Organization’.
8. Select the Skip button.
9. Select Ready to scan.
10. Point your phone camera at the QR code on your computer screen.
11. If prompted, allow push notifications on your device so that you can approve future sign-in notifications without opening the Okta Verify app.
12. If prompted, enable Face ID or Touch ID. Tap Enable (Optional).
13. Tap Done to complete the account enrollment.
14. Your new account is now available in the Okta Verify app.
