1. Reset Password without an Associated Phone Number
- If you need to reset your Okta password but have NOT associated your phone number with your Originals Access Okta account, submit a request to reset your password here
- If you would like to be able to reset your Okta password on your own next time and not have to submit a request, we recommend that you check out the Add Phone Number to Okta guide
2. Reset Password with an Associated Phone Number
If you have associated your phone number with your Originals Access Okta account, follow the below instructions to reset your password.
1. From the Okta Login Page (https://amazonstudios.okta.com/signin), click "Need Help Signing In?"
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. On the next screen, enter your email address in the "Email or Username" field, then click the "Reset via SMS" button
4. You will receive a code via text message, enter the code on the next screen
5. Set your password on the next screen using the guidelines listed
6. Depending on how you set up the Okta app, you will either:
6.1 Receive a push notification and acknowledge the notification as "Yes, It was me"
6.2 Receive a 6 digit code in the Okta app and enter the code on the login page
