Onboarding Instructions
Complete the following steps to onboard to the Delivery Portal:
1. Request access from your Amazon MGM Studios contact
2. Receive an email invitation link from no-reply@delivery.sitc.studios.azz.com to set a permanent password
3. Click the link in the email to set your password
4.Receive an authentication code to your email
5. Enter the code you received in the Delivery Portal
6. Return to the Deliver Portal (https://delivery.sitc.studios.a2z.com/login)
Install Aspera Connect
To upload files for work orders, you need to install Aspera Connect on your computer. Click on this link (Aspera connect client) and select the appropriate OS (MacOS or Windows).
Complete a Work Order
To upload a file for a work order, follow these steps:
Note: Install Aspera Connect before proceeding.
1. View the projects your assigned using the Deliver Portal projects view (https://delivery.sitc.studios.a2z.com/projects)
2. Select a project to view the list of work orders
3. Click on a work order to view the details
4. From the work order details page, on the right-hand side of the screen, click the "Upload with Aspera Connect" button
5. You will be presented with 2 options to upload to a work order. Select one option.

- File Upload: Upload files from your computer
- Folder Upload: Upload a folder from your computer
6. Select the assets to upload from your computer and monitor progress with Aspera Connect
To mark a work order as complete, follow these steps:
1. Once you successfully upload your assets, return to the work order details page
2. Click the "Mark Complete" button on the top right-hand corner of the page
- Note: Once the work order has been marked as complete, this cannot be undone. If a re-delivery is required, your Amazon MGM Studios contact will need to reject the work order.
3. The status of the work order will update to "Marked Complete" and the upload button is not gray and not clickable.
Resubmit a Completed Work Order
After you have "Marked Complete" a Work Order, it is possible that you may need to redeliver files against that Completed Work Order.
1. From the Work Order Details page, click the “Resubmit” button next to the “Marked Complete” label
2. You will be prompted to select a Resubmission Reason
3. Click the “Resubmit” button. The Work Order status will be updated to Failed. You will be able to upload new files against the Work Order through direct upload or bulk fulfillment.
