Purpose: This article guides external users on accessing a Medium Secure PlayLink in Flow Capture on an Apple TV. Prerequisites: You need an Originals Access Account, a PlayLink email and access code from hello=moxion.io@message.moxion.io, a stable internet connection, an Apple TV, a Laptop, a smartphone, and a TV/Screen to watch Audience: This article targets external users (non-Amazon employees) with a Originals Access Flow Capture account who have been sent a Medium Secure Flow Capture Playlink. |
Follow the Steps Below to Access Medium Secure Playlink Using An AppleTV
1. Requirements
- Originals Access Account (Reach out here to get one).
- A Playlink shared with you from Originals Access Flow Capture.
- A Laptop
- An Multi-Factor Authentication Device, usually your personal smart phone.
- A stable internet connection.
- An Apple TV.
- A TV or Screen with speakers to watch from.
2. On your AppleTV install the Originals Access Flow Capture App.
3. Start the Originals Access App on your AppleTV.
4. Login to your account.
Select "Sign In" on your AppleTV
"Sign-in via Simple Code" is enabled, so you will be shown a simple code for one time use.
On a laptop, navigate to "https://app.originalsaccess.moxion.io/login/simple".
Then select "Sign In"
When this windows appears, enter the code from your AppleTV into the website on your Laptop.
If necessary, allow the Pending Device. In this case, it's an AppleTV.
On your first log in, you will be asked to create a PIN. On the 2nd log in, you'll need this PIN also.
Once this is done, congrats! You're logged in!
5. Select "Inbox" and look for the shared PlayLink from the e-mail.
6. Select the PlayLink and enjoy the show!
Troubleshooting:
- If the PIN needs to be reset. Delete the "Originals Access" Flow Capture App and reinstall it.
