Log into OA: Flow Capture for External Users (Non-Amazonian)

Purpose: Log into Originals Access: Flow Capture and identify the correct link to use based on your platform.

Prerequisites: Obtain an Okta account and Flow Capture access.

Audience: External (non-Amazonian) Flow Capture Users.

What this Guide Cover:

1. Available Platforms

NOTE: Access must be requested on your behalf by your production administrator.

Originals Access: Flow Capture can be accessed on the below platforms and downloaded here

  • Apple TV

  • FireTV

  • iOS Applications (iPhones, iPads)

  • MacOS Desktop

  • Windows Desktop

Or accessed via Web Browser (Chrome and Safari only): app.originalsaccess.moxion.io.

 

2. Single Sign-On (SSO) Guide For New Users Requiring Account Activation

2.1 SSO for Non-Amazonian Customers

NOTE: It is required to setup your Okta account and activate MFA using Okta Verify app prior to accessing Flow Capture. For best experience it is advisable to complete the setup using a computer device.

1. Open the Okta Welcome Activation email, then click the ‘Activate Okta Account’ button.

2. Under username enter your email, then create a password.

3. Navigate to the Originals Access: Flow Capture login page (app.originalsaccess.moxion.io) and click 'Sign In'.

4. Under username, enter the email associated with your Okta account and click 'Next'.

5. When prompted, enter your Okta account password.

6. Click on Setup

6. Download the Okta Verify app to your mobile device by searching for ‘Okta Verify’ in the app store.

NOTE: This is a one time ask for initial setup.

7. Open the Okta Verify app on your mobile device and tap ‘+’ icon.

8. Choose Account Type Organization

9. Select Skip for Add Account from Another Device?

10. Select Yes, Ready to Scan.

11. When prompted scan the QR code shown on the computer screen.

11. Enable Biometrics or select Not Now for app security.
 
12. Tap Done.
13. Okta verify for your account should be setup now. Once authenticated, you will be taken to your existing Originals Access: Flow Capture account.
 

3. Login Guide For Users With An Active Okta Account

1. Navigate to the Originals Access: Flow Capture login page (app.originalsaccess.moxion.io) and click 'Sign In'.

2 . Under username, enter the email associated with your Okta account and click 'Next'.

3. When prompted, enter your Okta account password.

4. Select Get a push notification

5. You will receive a login confirmation notification in Okta Verify app on your mobile device, Confirm It is you  and you will be logged into your Originals Access Flow Capture account.
