OA Flow Capture Sign on for Mobile Devices External Users (Non-Amazonian)

Purpose: Login using simple code on mobile devices

Prerequisites: An activated Okta account with Flow Capture access

Audience: External (non-Amazonian) Flow Capture Users

Quick Steps:

Below are the steps on how to use the Simple Code on your mobile device for future reference:

  • Open Originals Access app on your mobile devices
  • Tap Simple Code
  • Open Chrome web browser on your laptop (Please make sure to be on VPN on your laptop)
  • Go to Flow Capture login
  • Login using your Amazon email
  • Enter your alias password
  • Press on security key
  • Enter Simple Code
  • Enter 6-digit PIN on your mobile device

NOTE: Access must be requested on your behalf by your production administrator.

Originals Access: Flow Capture can be accessed on the below platforms and downloaded here

  • iOS Applications (iPhones, iPads)

  • Apple TV

  • FireTV

  • MacOS Desktop

  • Windows Desktop

Or accessed via Web Browser (Chrome and Safari only): app.originalsaccess.moxion.io

 
 

2. Login on mobile device

1. Download the Originals Access (Flow Capture) app from the app store.

NOTE: You must download the Originals Access app to access content, Flow Capture’s general application will not work.

2. Once the download is complete, open the Originals Access App.

3.Tap 'Simple Code'.

 

 

4. The screen will prompt you to navigate to the Originals Access (Flow Capture) login page on your desktop using Chrome or Safari.

 

5. Click the Sign In button on your computer browser when prompted.

 

6. Enter the email address associated with your Okta account (you should have already set this up via Okta’s welcome email).

7. When promoted, enter the password associated with your Okta account.

8. Click Send Push, which will send a push to the Okta verify app on your mobile device for multi-factor authentication (you should have already set this up when you received your Okta Welcome email).

9. Open the Okta Verify app and select 'Yes, It’s Me' to validate that it is you that it is trying to access the account.

10. Once authenticated, you will be taken to you Originals Access (Flow Capture) account on your desktop, enter the Device Code shown on your mobile device.

 
NOTE: Authentication for your device will expire after 7 days if  inactive on the applications for that time. Seven days of inactivity will require a user to login via a browser to reauthenticate the device.

 

11. Set your PIN code on your mobile device.

 

12 . Once your PIN code is set you will be taken to your Originals Access account on your mobile device.
