Setting Up Originals Access on iPhone

1. Tap to open the Settings app  on your iOS device 
2. Tap to open Apps

 

3. Type to Search or Scroll and Tap Mail 

 

4. Select Mail Accounts and then select Add Account

 

5. Select Microsoft Exchange 

 

NOTE: For operating systems older than iOS11, enter your Originals Access email address, password, and a description, and choose Next. Once complete, skip to Step 9

 

6. Enter your Email address and select Next

• Accuracy is crucial for account detection
• Email Description should auto-populate as "Exchange"
• Changing the description is optional 

 

7. A popup appears, tap "Sign In"

 

8. Enter your password, then tap "Next"

9. Save your application sync preferences

 

NOTE: If your account cannot be found or if automatic configuration failed, you will instead need to Configure Manually 

 

2. Configure Manually

1. Repeat Steps 1-8 above (select Configure Manually) OR or continue from failed account verification

2. Enter:

• Email address (pre-filled from previous step)
• Server (mobile.mail.us-west-2.awsapps.com)
• Domain: originalsaccess.com
• Username (email/name before the @ in your email address)
• Password (Accuracy is crucial for account detection)

3. Tap Next and Save your application sync preferences.

Note: To access this mailbox moving forward. Open up the Mail application from the home screen and select your Originals Access email.

 

3. Alternative Setup via IMAP

 1-6. Follow the same initial steps as above

 

7. Select Other

 

8. Select Add Mail Account

 

9. Enter the following information and Select Next

Name: Your first and last name (as you want it to appear)
Email: Your email address
Password: Your password
Description: As desired

 

10. Enter the following Server Information (previous information will be pre-populated) and Select Next

Incoming Mail Server:
Host Name: imap.mail.us-west-2.awsapps.com
Username: Your full email address
Outgoing Mail Server:
Host Name: smtp.mail.us-west-2.awsapps.com
Leave username and password blank

 

11. Save your application sync preferences
