How to Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password or your password expired, follow the steps below to reset your Originals Access password.

1. Open Originals Access  - https://login.originalsaccess.com
   
   
2. Key in your "UserName" -  If having trouble remembering the password
   - Click on "Forgot Password"
   
   
   
3. You can reset the account by choosing between below options:
   
   - Selecting "EMAIL" will send a link to the primary email address associated with your Originals Access account. By following this link, you can set a new password and access your account.
   - Choosing "PHONE" will send an SMS code to verify the account holder. Once the code is authenticated, you'll be able to change your password.
   
   
4. Verifying using "Email" - Select email, Click on "Send me an email"
    
   
   
5. Check your "Personal Email" where your Originals Access is registered and locate OKTA password reset email.
   - Open the email and click on "Reset Password"
    
   
   
6. Code will be given. Copy or remember it.
   
   
   
7. Go back to and enter the same CODE to verify the account
   
   
   
8. Once verified, Be sure to follow the password requirements when creating your new password.
   
   
   
9. Once you've set up the password, you should be able to access your account. If not, you’ll be prompted to set up OKTA Verify (MFA Authenticator), but this step only appears if you haven’t already configured it.

Note: you may not receive an automatic password reset email to the backup email, if a backup email is not registered. In this case, contact support by submitting a ticket following the steps in the next section to reset your password.

Submitting a support ticket for password reset

To get assistance with a password reset from the Support team, follow the steps below:

1. Submit a ticket using a form: Submit a Request
   
   
2. Select "Account Unlock / Password Reset"
   
   
   
3. Our team will promptly respond to your password reset request We will either reset your account `by "Providing a temporary one time password" Or "Provide you with a reset link"
   
   

   Password Reset via Reset Link

   • Once the Support team resets your account using this method, our system will automatically send you an email with a reset link.
   • Reset email will be sent to the Personal Email address associated with your original access account. See a sample below:
     
   • Open the email and click on the "Reset Password" link in the email to set up your new password.
   
   
   
   - Clicking the reset password link will direct you to a page where you can set your new password. Please ensure you follow the password requirements when creating your new password.
   
   
   

   Password Reset Using a Temporary One-Time Password

   • Another method we use to reset your account is by providing a temporary one-time password. You will receive an email with instructions to your Personal Email where your original access is registered. See sample below:
     
   • The email will include your user information and the temporary password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your account. See an example below:
     
     
   
   

Note: Both methods work equally well for resetting your account.
