What is the deadline to install Okta Verify?
You must install Okta Verify on all your devices by August 30, 2026. Effective that date, FastPass will be the only way to log in to OriginalsAccess.com systems. If you do not install Okta Verify before this deadline, you will lose all application access.
Is this email about Okta Verify legitimate?
Yes — the rollout emails are real and were sent by the Studios Tech team. If you have any concerns, please reach out to the Support Desk for confirmation.
What is Okta FastPass and why is it changing?
Okta FastPass is a password-less authentication method that lets you log in to OriginalsAccess.com systems with a single click — no password required. It provides phishing-resistant protection against credential theft, reduces password fatigue, and represents the industry standard for secure, streamlined access.
What is the correct URL for the Okta End User Dashboard?
The correct URL is login.originalsaccess.com.

Getting Started
I already have Okta Verify installed on my phone. Do I need to do anything else?
Yes — Okta Verify must be installed on every device you use to access OriginalsAccess.com systems, including your work computer (Windows or Mac), mobile phone or tablet (iOS or Android), and any other devices. Having it on your phone alone is not sufficient. Once it's installed on all your devices, no further action is needed.
I'm being asked for an 8-digit code, but I only see a 6-digit code.
Follow these steps to generate the 8-digit code:
- On your Okta Verify mobile app, tap on your existing Okta Verify account -> Account Details tap Add account to another device.
- Open Okta Fastpass on your computer -> Use another account -> tap Add Account
3. Allow Bluetooth
It will provide a 6 digit pin to enter in on your mobile device
4. Go back to your mobile device and enter in the 6 digit pin provided
You will get a confirmation on your mobile device
- Tap Verify your identity, then tap Next.
- On the How verification works page, copy the 6-digit code shown and tap Continue to verification.
- A browser will open to login.originalsaccess.com on your mobile device — log in with your credentials and authenticate using the copied code.
- After completing this step, tapping Add account to another device will now display a barcode with an 8-digit code below it.
I got a new phone or have an incompatible device and can't complete enrollment.
Please contact the Support Desk and we can perform an MFA reset to restore your access.
I missed the enrollment deadline because I was out of office or away from my usual devices.
No need to worry, you can still enroll your devices. The March 1st deadline is when the Fastpass becomes broadly available to all users.
Unsupported Devices & Platforms
My device can't download the Okta Verify app. Do I need to do anything?
Devices that do not support Okta Verify must be upgraded to maintain compliance.
Does Okta Verify work on virtual machines (VMs)?
Okta Verify is not supported on virtual machines.
Does this apply to Virtual Workspaces or Apple TV?
No — the transition to Okta FastPass does not apply to Virtual Workspaces or Apple TV. Continue using those platforms as you normally do.
Is Okta FastPass supported on Chromebooks?
Chromebooks are not a supported platform at this time.
Windows Troubleshooting
I'm on Windows and my browser can't connect to Okta Verify.
Try adjusting your browser's Local Network Access settings to Allow. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Support Desk.
I'm getting a "Feature Unavailable" error on Windows.
Please use the direct sign-in method on your device rather than the Bluetooth-based account transfer option. Choose "New Account" instead of Add Account from another device and enter "login.originalsaccess.com" in the field beneath it.
I'm seeing a "The sign-in URL is not secure" error on Windows.
This error can occur when security software on your device interferes with Okta Verify's connection. Please contact the Support Desk so we can help resolve the configuration issue.
Is Windows Hello required to log in?
No — Windows Hello is an optional method and is not required; however, you will not have to enter your password as frequently if you enable Windows Hello.
