Purpose: Set up Okta Verify on mobile devices for your Originals Access account without using a QR code. Prerequisite: Obtain an Okta account or if you need a MFA reset due to getting a new phone or a lost device. Please email support@amazonstudios.com. Audience: Okta/Originals Access Users. |
1. Install the Okta Verify app on your mobile devices (phones, iPads, and tablets) using the links below and download the application.
- iOS https://apps.apple.com/us/app/okta-verify/id490179405
- Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.okta.android.auth&hl=en_US&gl=US
- For iOS users: The password must be configured before Okta Verify can be enrolled. Complete password setup first during the account activation process, then proceed with Okta Verify enrollment.
Note : Once the installation is complete open Okta Verify app and follow the below steps.
2. Select Add Account
3. Choose account type as organization
4. Import Account? Click skip at this step.
Note : Select import account only if you are trying to connect account to other device.
5. Do you have QR Code? Select No, Sign in instead
6. Enter login.originalsaccess.com as Organization's sign-in URL and click next
7. Enter username > Click Next and enter password to verify
8. You can skip Enable Touch ID or passcode confirmation by selecting 'Not Now' it is not mandatory.
9. The account is now added. Click done to finish.
10. Once the account is added. Open any browser to access https://login.originalsaccess.com/
