Adding Devices using JAMF Self Enrollment

Purpose: Guidance for adding devices using JAMF Self Enrollment

Prerequisite: JAMF Access

Audience: JAMF Users 

 

Step by step Instructions

1. Open Safari browser and go to Jamf Self Enrollment
Enter in Username and Password provided by your Amazon Studios Support

2. Choose Institutionally Owned > Enroll

3. Click on the drop down arrow and choose Amazon Studios then Enroll

4. MDM Profile will need to be downloaded and installed, click Continue > Allow > Close

5. Open Settings and look for Profile Downloaded and click

6. Click Install, enter in Passcode if you have an existing one, please see notes in information box with regards to Passcode

7. Click Install > Install > Install > Trust > Done.

Important: Change/Set Passcode to: 933622

Please capture serial number of device and provide to Amazon Studios Support engineer (Finding your device serial number)
Please note:

• This will result in the device being managed, but unsupervised. This will limit management options and is less secure. All Tier 1 production devices must be both Supervised and Managed.
• Jamf is not compatible with Amazon Enterprise Access (AEA). If you require access to internal Amazon resources, please contact IT Support at: it.amazon.com for assistance.
