Context
In order to comply with Amazon's security policies, certain applications are only accessible via AppStream. These applications cannot be accessed outside of MGM's instance of AppStream.
Users on PC machines can either use the browser version of AppStream via lobby.mgm.com, or they can use the app version of AppStream.
Users on Macs can only use the browser version of AppStream via lobby.mgm.com.
Requirements for SAP access
User needs an MGM AD/OKTA account (@mgm.com) in order to access SAP inside of AppStream.
User's manager or MGM P.O.C. must submit a request via Support Desk:

After receiving an MGM AD/OKTA account with AppStream access, users must fill out the SAP Approvals form in order to obtain access to SAP: https://approvals.amazon.com/template/createApproval/142717
SAP Admins will confirm on the SAP form that SAP access has been granted.
How to access SAP
After obtaining MGM AD/OKTA account and the completion of SAP Approvals form:
- Go to lobby.mgm.com and sign in with MGM OKTA account
- Select Amazon AppStream 2.0 tile from OKTA dashboard
- Once logged into AppStream, click on the SAP Logon Pad shortcut on Desktop
- Click on the correct Message Server for logging into SAP
