Goal: Access E11 Prod Email on Windows Prerequisites: Have an E11 Prod Account Audience: E11 Prod Account Owners |
1. Setup OA Email On Windows Using Outlook
1. Open the Outlook application on your computer
2. Navigate to the File tab
3. In the Info section, click the + Add Account button
4. A popup window appears, enter your E11 Prod email address
5. Click the Connect button
6. Select Exchange 2013 or earlier as Account Type, otherwise the will not see any other folders.
7. Check "Don't ask me about this website again" and click Allow
8. Enter your password, then click the OK button
9. Restart Outlook to see your newly added E11 Prod mailbox in Outlook.
