1. Aspera Connect Diagnostic Tool.
Use this web-based Diagnostic Tool to help identify connection issues.
1.1 Instructions
1. Open the Diagnostic Tool via the link below.
https://test-connect.asperasoft.com/
2. Click on 'Begin Test' button.
3. A new ‘Activity - IBM Aspera Connect’ window will open and start a Aspera transfer test.
4. Once the test is completed, you should see the below test complete done messages in the Activity - IBM Aspera Connect window and the browser.
5. After the test is complete, you will find the test results as shown below, take a Screenshot similar to the one shown below and send it to us for support by submit a ticket here or emailing us at support@amazonstudios.com.
