1. Aspera Connect Diagnostic Tool.
Use this web-based Diagnostic Tool to help identify connection issues.
1.1 Instructions
1. Open the Diagnostic Tool via the link below.

2. Select 'Connect'.
3. Click on 'Begin Test' button.
Please note: If you're unable to select the Begin Test option, it means you do not currently have Connect installed on your device, and you will need to install it by clicking on Install > Connect (Available in the Top Right Hand Corner)
4. After the test is complete, you will find the test results as shown below, take a Screenshot similar to the one shown below and send it to us for support by submit a ticket here or emailing us at support@amazonstudios.com.
