How to Setup WorkMail
- Open the Microsoft Outlook app on your device. If you do not have it installed, you can download it here
- Select Accounts
- Enter your E11 Prod email address, then select Add Account
NOTE: If you are prompted to select a service or protocol, select Exchange
4. On the configuration screen, input the following:
- Email – Enter your @e11prod.com email address
- Password - Enter your E11 Prod account password
- Server - mobile.mail.us-west-2.awsapps.com
- Domain - Enter your @e11prod.com email address
- Username - Enter your @e11prod.com email address
- Use Advanced Settings - Toggle on
5. Click sign in to complete the setup
