Purpose: Instructions on how to log in to Aspear on Cloud. Prerequisite: Aspera on Cloud user account required. Audience: Aspera on Cloud users. |
1. How to log in to Aspera on Cloud for the first time:
New users are set up to log into Aspera via Single-Sign-On (SSO) method using the Originals Access (Okta) account. New Aspera user account is created when the user logs into Aspera for the first time using the Originals Access account. Follow the instructions below to log into Aspera for the first time:
1. Activate the Originals Access account by following the instructions, here. Once activate login to : https://login.originalsaccess.com
2. In the Originals Access dashboard, click the icon for Aspera on Cloud under My Apps.

3. Click the Login with Okta Originals Access button below the 'Log in with IBMid' button to access Aspera
4. If prompted as shown below, install the required extension by clicking Install extension and the latest version of IBM Aspera Connect by clicking Install Connect or following the instructions, here. Click I'll skip for now to close this popup window.
