File App: Create Folder

Purpose: To guide Aspera on Cloud (AOC) users on how to create Folders using the Files App available in an AOC workspace.

Prerequisite: AOC account with workspace manager permissions to the workspace required.

Audience: AOC workspace managers.


1. Setting up a new Folder:

Follow these steps to create a new folder in AOC

  1. Log in to Aspera on Cloud.
    Click on App Switcher (nine dots) in the top right corner.
    Select "Files".file app.png
  2. Click on Create Folder.

  3. Enter the name of the new folder and then click create.
