To Search Existing Comments
- First select the asset that you want to search for a comment in.

Once selected, on the right hand column click on the comment icon.
- From there you can search for comments in the Search field within the Comments section.
- Public Comments: This type of comment will be viewable by anyone who is a folder participant.
- Private Comments: This type of comment is completely private to you, and will only ever be viewable by you, regardless of who else has access to the folder.
Playlink Comments: The last type of comment is a Playlink comment. Whenever a Playlink is sent out, the sender of that Playlink has the ability to turn commenting ON or OFF. If you’re commenting on an asset via a Playlink, you’ll only be able to view your comments in the comments section.
