Follow Below Steps To Access Medium Secure Playlink Using Internet Browser
1. Locate the PlayLink Email
Check your inbox for an email from hello=moxion.io@message.moxion.io with a subject like "[Sender Name] has shared a PlayLink with you." The email will be branded with "originals access" and include a greeting such as:
"Hi [Your Name], [Sender Name] has sent you the Playlink 'How To Access Medium Secure Playlink'."
Below this, you’ll see the PlayLink name (e.g., "How To Access Medium Secure Playlink") and a note:
"This Playlink is protected by an access code, which you will receive in a separate email. This Playlink will expire at [Date and Time]."
2. Open the PlayLink
In the email, click the "VIEW" button. This will launch a Flow Capture page in your internet browser, prompting you to enter an access code.
3. Retrieve the Access Code
Check your inbox for a second email from hello=moxion.io@message.moxion.io with a subject like "[Sender Name] has sent you an Access Code." The email will be branded with "originals access" and include a message such as:
"Hi [Your Name], This is the code that you will need to enter to access the 'How To Access Medium Secure Playlink' Playlink: [Access Code]. The link to view what you have been sent can be found in a separate email."
For example, the access code might be "OW4K30CU." If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact the sender if they shared the code via another method (e.g., text message).
4. Enter the Access Code
On the Flow Capture page, input the access code sent you into the provided field and click Submit.
5. Access the Content
After verification, you’ll be able to view the shared content in your browser and interact with it based on the sender’s permissions.
Key Information:
- Browser Access: Medium Secure PlayLinks can be viewed directly in an internet browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge) without a Flow Capture account.
- Viewing on Devices like Apple TV: If you need to access the PlayLink on a device such as an Apple TV, reach out to your Amazon contact to request the creation of an Okta account. Once provisioned, you can sign in to Flow Capture on supported devices.
- Security: The access code ensures only intended recipients can view the content. Do not share it publicly.
- Expiration:
PlayLinks may expire based on the sender’s settings. For example, the email may state: "This Playlink will expire at Tuesday, 24 December 2024 18:00:00 AEDT." Contact the sender if the link no longer works.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid Access Code:
Verify the code was entered correctly (it’s case-sensitive). For example, "OW4K30CU" must be entered exactly as provided. Request a new code from the sender if needed by replying back to the email. - Link Not Working:
Ensure the PlayLink hasn’t expired. Check the expiration date in the email (e.g., "Tuesday, 24 December 2024 18:00:00 AEDT"). Contact the sender to resend or extend it by replying back to the email. - Browser Issues:
Try a different browser or clear your cache. Supported browsers include Chrome, Safari, and Edge. Please note Firefox is not supported by Flow Capture.
