1. Inbox Tab
When logging into Originals Access: Flow Capture, there is an Inbox tab located at the top of the main bar. This tab displays all content shared with you, all of your messages and assets are stored here.
The Inbox tab functions as an email inbox. Any content that is shared with you via an upload or sent to you directly as a Playlink can be found as a message in your inbox. Click on any message to display the content, including any viewable assets.
1.1 Persistent Player
The Persistent Player sits at the bottom of your Inbox tab. This feature allows you to view assets at any time, just select a message and click on the play icon or tap your space bar.
There are a few different display modes available including: batch, overlay, and full-screen
2. Desktop Tab
The Desktop tab has Productions and Folders to keep your shared content and uploads to creative projects organized.
2.1 Productions
Located on the left-hand side of your desktop, Productions typically house a feature film or season of episodic TV (e.g. “Cradle” shown below).
Productions are organized into groups: Active, Archive, Post, and Screeners.
2.2 Folders
Folders track assets within a given Production. These are designated by a workflow-specific purpose (e.g. Scripts, Dailies, Selects, etc.). There is no limit to the number of folders that can exist (subfolders/nested folders).
Originals Access: Flow Capture uses a nested folder structure and offers two different layout options for viewing:

Folders (and a subfolder) in the List View:
NOTE: Permissions can be granted by folder (e.g. a user can have viewer permission folder A and downloader permission on folder B).
2.2.1 Location Within a Folder
There are two ways to easily locate exactly where you are within a folder, and where the asset you are currently viewing resides:
