Purpose: Guide to reset Flow Capture PIN for iPad and Apple TV OA Flow Capture application. Prerequisite: Flow Capture account required. Audience: Flow Capture users. |
1. Reset Flow Capture PIN
If you have forgotten your PIN number you set on your iPad/Apple TV device, follow these steps:
1. On the screen when it asks you to enter your PIN in Flow Capture.
2. Press "Logout" button at the bottom-right of the screen next to Zero.
It will ask you to log back in and set a new PIN.
